Question Pools
A pool holds a set of questions; each attempt draws a random subset (worth a fixed number of points each). Assign questions to a pool from the list below.

Adaptive (CAT) mode
Serve one question at a time, adjusting difficulty to the student's performance and stopping once it is confident about pass/fail. Tag each question's difficulty on the Build tab. Essay questions are skipped, and this overrides pools and per-question order.

Availability window
Limit when students can open the quiz.
Total quiz time
Overall time limit for the whole quiz. Students see a live countdown, and the quiz auto-submits when time runs out.
Per-question timer
Give questions their own countdown; when a question's time runs out it locks and advances. Turning this on delivers the quiz one question at a time.
Accommodations & reopen
Give a student extra time (as a percentage — 50 means time-and-a-half), applied to both the overall limit and per-question timers. "Reopen" grants one more attempt.
